To provide a bit more information about Grizzco Point payouts, Inkipedia indicates that they are calculated with this formula at the end of a round: (G/100)(E+P/200)+50*C. Here, G equals the Grizzco Point Modifier, E equals the total number of Golden Eggs obtained, P equals the total number of Power Eggs obtained, and C equals 1 when all three waves are completed and 0 when they are not. This means that Splatoon 3 players can earn Salmon Run bonuses more quickly at higher ranks, provided that they can consistently complete rounds.

One final thing to mention is that a player’s rank also influences the hazard level of their rounds and the Golden Egg requirements for each wave within them. More specifically, these aspects of Salmon Run are determined by a summation of all the participants’ ranks, which explains the difficult increase that fans will encounter as they gain new titles. Notably, players are more likely to earn fish scales in Splatoon 3 at higher hazard levels, providing some incentive for fans to continue going up the ranks.
